Full-time J&M team members are the recipients of shorter work weeks, competitive wages, and great benefits in addition to working in this unique, friendly environment. The short work week for full-time employees is only 3.5 days. Most full-time employees also receive a full benefits package that includes paid vacation, holidays, sick days, as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance. One of our medical plans even includes FREE primary care.
