About us

J&M Plating is a growing, family-owned, industry-leading provider of metal finishing services for the fastener industry. We heat treat, zinc & zinc nickel electroplate, dip spin coat, machine sort, and patch fasteners for our customers. Our shop runs 24/7 (in shifts below) as we work to meet the demand to ship on time to our customers.

Types of Shifts J&M provides

  • Team A - Sunday to Wednesday Day Shift
    Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday - 7 am to 7 pm
    Wednesday - 7 am to 1 pm

    Team B - Sunday to Wednesday Night Shift
    Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday - 7 pm to 7 am
    Wednesday - 7 pm to 1 am

    Team C - Wednesday to Saturday Day Shift
    Wednesday - 1 pm to 7 pm
    Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - 7 am to 7 pm

    Team D - Wednesday to Saturday Day Shift
    Wednesday - 1 am* / 7 am
    Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - 7 pm to 7 am
    (*shift actually starts Thursday to finish Team B)

  • Shift 1 - Monday to Friday Day Shift
    7 am to 3 pm

    Shift 2 -Monday to Friday Afternoon Shift
    3 pm to 11 pm

    Shift 3 - Sunday to Thursday Night Shift
    11 pm to 7 am
